Detox Diets--are they healthy


Everyday at work, there are a few girls that always talk about health and fitness. One of them has been trying a detox diet. She loves it. But I wondered if it is really healthy--or nessessary. The truth is, there is no medical reason to try a detox diet because your body naturally rids itself of harmful toxins.
